How to prevent acne?
Tip 1. Start your morning with a glass of cool water. This is the way to get rid of the body wastes accumulated at night. A glass of cool water in the morning helps you to increase your vital energy and to wake up faster. Drink at least 2.5 liters of water a day. This acts like a shower for the body from the inside, as the water removes the toxins which are often the cause of acne.
Tip 2. Add some lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to the water for facial wash. Note: the solution must be very weak, otherwise you will overdry your skin.
Tip 3. Rub your face with ice cubes in the morning. Buy special cosmetic molds or use conventional molds which are in any fridge. You can use ordinary ice but it's better to make camomile or parsley decoction or to take mineral water. During the rub-down the ice cube can de wrapped in clean napkin. Thus you won't catch cold or frostbite your skin. You should rub your face without pressure but fast enough.
Tip 4. Masks for your type of skin will help you to keep it healthy. To reduce inflammation use facial masks 1-2 times a week. The most simple are thinly sliced tomatoes or cucumbers placing directly on face. Also you can make curds, carrot or oatmeal mask.
Following these tips for a long time (not less than six months) can help you to prevent the reappearance of acne.
